A:Orders are sent in plain packaging via Royal Mail and a signature is required on delivery. If you are not home when the Post Office try to deliver, they will hold the item at your local sorting office. For more details on Royal Mail or to track an item please follow the link below.
A:Because we use Royal Mail, deliveries are also attempted on Saturdays - although it is not possible at this time to specifically request a Saturday delivery.
Q:How long will it take to deliver my order?
A:Our usual delivery time is within 14 days, however we do suggest you allow up to 28 days.
