Q: What is your returns policy?
A: Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unused and in the condition received. Any items that are made to measure or are specially ordered are non-returnable.
Your original payment will be repaid to the card you used to pay for the order with (this is a legal requirement and is not negotiable).
Returns should include a copy of the invoice and be sent to:

You will be required to pay for the cost of returning an item, unless it is faulty, in which case your return postage will be paid for once the item has been received.
