Q: How much do you charge for delivery?
A: Spend over £75 and delivery is free. For purchases below this, delivery is £4.95

Q: How will my order be delivered?
A: Orders are sent via Royal Mail and a signature is required on delivery. If you are not home when the Post Office try to deliver, they will hold the item at your local sorting office.

Q: Where do you deliver to?
A: We deliver to anywhere within the EU.

Orders arrive in descreet packaging

Q: Can you deliver on Saturdays?
A: Because we use Royal Mail, deliveries are also attempted on Saturdays - although it is not possible at this time to specifically request a Saturday delivery.

Q: How long will delivery take?
A: Please allow up to 28 days for delivery.
